These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the savishty Admin Panel — the internal platform used to create, manage, publish, and optimize blog content, including SEO metadata, categories, tags, media, and scheduled publishing.
By signing in or using the savishty Admin Panel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform. Access is granted only to authorized administrators invited by savishty.
Admin accounts are created and managed by savishty. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content created, published, or deleted while logged in.
Roles such as admin and super_admin may have different permissions. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.

You retain responsibility for all content you create or publish through the admin panel, including text, images, SEO metadata, and links. You represent that you have the right to use and publish such content. savishty may host, display, and distribute published content through public blog APIs, sitemaps, and search engine indexing as part of normal platform operation.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
When you publish or schedule a blog post, the platform may automatically update sitemaps, expose content via public endpoints, and notify search engines (such as Google) for indexing. We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing speed, or traffic outcomes. Scheduled publishing depends on system availability and correct configuration.
We strive to keep the admin panel available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
We may suspend or terminate your admin access at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if your authorization is revoked. Upon termination, your access to the admin panel will end immediately. Content already published may remain live unless manually removed by an authorized administrator.
The savishty Admin Panel is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that published content will achieve specific SEO results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, savishty and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, rankings, or business opportunities arising from your use of the admin panel.
We may update these Terms when platform features or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the admin panel after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
