• Usage data: basic activity related to content management (e.g. publish, update, schedule actions) and dashboard analytics derived from your content
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, and device information collected in server logs for security and troubleshooting

We do not collect payment card details through this admin panel. Access is limited to invited administrator accounts only.

• Store, publish, schedule, and manage blog content on your behalf
• Generate sitemaps and submit URLs to search engines (e.g. Google Indexing API) when content is published

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect admin accounts and content, including password hashing, authenticated API access, and restricted admin-only routes. No system is completely secure; please use a strong password and do not share your login credentials.

Admin account data is retained while your account is active. Blog content, media, and related metadata are retained until deleted by an authorized administrator or as required for business or legal purposes. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

8. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your admin account information. Profile details can be updated from the Profile page inside the admin panel. For other requests, contact us using the details below.
